I bought these gummies because they seemed to be the only product that has the most amount of magnesium, and the great reviews. The Highs: My son likes the taste, it doesn't upset his stomach, and he goes to sleep much quicker than he would without them. The Lows: He's not relaxed or as calmed as expected. He's still very high energy, even right up until bed time. I'm hoping that over time with consistent use, they will begin to calm him down, so I will continue using them.
