If you're vegan or can't handle fish, this is a good alternative to Omega 3 Fish Oil. However, it lacks sufficient EPA and DHA, which is a major drawback for me. Unlike fish oil, it doesn't cause fishy burps, but there may be mild algae burps, which some may find more tolerable than fishy burps. Personally, this product doesn't meet my EPA and DHA requirements, so I would need to supplement it with something else to get my daily dose of Omega 3, EPA, and DHA. Each serving is 2 softgels, and a bottle contains 90 softgels, providing a 45-day supply. While the quantity is decent, the price is high, especially considering the low EPA and DHA content that doesn't meet my needs. Overall, I believe this product is a great vegan alternative to Omega 3 Fish Oil, but it's not suitable for me.
