The soft gel is not large, and it’s actually smooth and easy to swallow. I only take one a day which is amazing. With fish oil it’s usually 1 to 2 to sometimes three or four a day. No need to be concerned with mercury or any contaminants from Fish, a huge plus. Also no concern from Fishy burbs which I absolutely hate. I highly recommend!
